FABRICA

Phoenix Brickwork is proud to have successfully completed our brickwork package at Fabrica, Oxford, working in partnership with valued client Bowmer + Kirkland Ltd.

Our package formed an important part of the wider construction programme, with the Phoenix team delivering the brickwork and blockwork works to a consistently high standard. Over the course of our time on site, our team worked closely with the Bowmer + Kirkland site team to maintain progress, release areas for following trades and support the wider programme.

The positive relationship between Phoenix Group and the Bowmer + Kirkland team played an important role in maintaining momentum throughout the works and ensuring the package was delivered efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Project Manager Elliott Allen provided strong leadership throughout the project, supported by the wider Phoenix site team. Their commitment, hard work and attention to detail were instrumental in the successful delivery of our package.

The project also provided Phoenix with an opportunity to support the next generation of bricklayers. Working alongside Bowmer + Kirkland, our team welcomed Level 1 Bricklaying students from ACE Training – Construction Centre to site, giving them an insight into commercial brickwork and the career opportunities available within the construction industry. This formed a valuable part of the project's wider social value commitments and allowed the students to gain real-world insight into life on a live construction site.
